- Liberalia Assistance (Spain) - Mobile Phone Life Cycle managent enterprise for insurance companies.
- Liberalia is a TPA (third party administrator) for mobile phone insurance, specialising in claims management. A service centre for damaged electronics, we manage all processes in-house including out of warranty and accidental damaged repairs, as well as advanced mobile phone data recovery services.
Farrell Import (Spain)
- Farrell Import (Spain) - Media production, events management and business strategy consulting. “Jan Farrell Media" production company, specialising in snowsports. Overall individual viewing figures are in excess of 20 million across online platforms and traditional TV channels.
- Historically an engineering company specialised in Internet security consulting, sports material distribution and more.
Carv (UK)

The Francis Bacon Debate Society
- A private non-profit think-tank of like-minded individuals that indulge in cultivating a common intellect.
- Kicking off over 20 years ago with a focus on gastronomy, in mid 2023, it evolved into regular, formal moderated debate club meetings once a month. The Chatham House rule protects the anonymity of our views and opinions, allowing us to freely share our conclusions.

- In our ‘always on’, modern world problems with stress and sleep are becoming increasingly prevalent; now affecting over 50% of the population.
- We’re on a mission to help the world relax and sleep easier. Our business is at an exciting point; having shipped our first product to a great reception we’re now scaling sales & marketing globally.
Jan Farrell
Jan Farrell, Group CEO, founded and leads Liberalia Assistance since 2002, a prominent mobile phone insurance company specialising in claims management and life cycle repairs. Additionally, he serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Brethil Investment, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage companies focused on artificial intelligence hardware. His board member Director roles include Liberalia, Kokoon and Hedley Studios. Jan is also an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at IE Business School and the founder of the non-profit The Francis Bacon Debate Society, a Spanish think tank. Beyond business, he has excelled as a professional speed skier, achieving World Cup Champion status in the Speed Ski downhill category in 2014. His active lifestyle includes interests in travel, yoga, opera, driving, and cooking. Jan is fluent in English, Spanish, Czech and has a working proficiency in French.
